Our circle of customers, many of them with major international reputations, has long included appliance constructors, vehicle and agricultural machinery manufacturers, as well as subcontractors for furniture factories, fan producers, companies producing equipment for food manufacturers, and the aerospace and aviation industry.
With modern CNC machines and laser cutters, as well as a huge fleet of our own tools, we can produce spun metal parts with tiny diameters of 150 mm (with wall thicknesses starting from 1 mm) to huge 2,500 mm diameter parts (with wall thicknesses of up to 8 mm).
The many possibilities we offer to prepare fabricated pressure parts using laser machining to create, for example, inspection windows, insertion slots, connection holes etc. to enable straightforward further processing in customer-specific application areas are all the more reason for successful cooperation.
Whatever you need, from cover discs, housings, caps, hemi-spherical dishes, rings, pots, reflectors, funnels, cylinders or joints for the production of concrete pipes, whether they are made of aluminium, stainless steel classes including 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571, and many more, or copper, brass, all types of deep drawn steel, and our job shop can also spin special steels like titanium on behalf of our customers: SCHNABEL can do it.
